05-17-10 Paint Day For 489 Jeff Ellingson, who helped a great deal today in not only ordering the paint for us but also in applying it, has had a LOT of practice. Not only is Jeff in charge of the D&SNG's superb museum in Durango, he is responsible for all of the painting and lettering (the latter done mostly by hand) for ALL of the D&SNG'S locomotives and rolling stock.
